As a consumer myself I have found myself less than satisfied with how I am treated sometimes and worse yet not happy with the "solution" customer service might offer. Here at Alaska Wild Country we WILL DO WHATEVER it takes to make the situation right! We do not want you just to be happy with your choosen piece of Alaska, we want you to be completely happy with your entire transaction. Most orders are delivered to post office within 24 hours, all orders are shipped via air (1st class or proirity mail USPS). You should receive your order within one week anywhere in the US provided all goes well in the mail stream.
