RETURN POLICIES
In the event an item is wrongly shipped, it will be replaced or refunded at seller's discretion at no cost to the buyer. If you find that what you ordered is not really what you wanted, a refund or partial refund may be granted on a case by case basis. All orders are returnable within two weeks of confirmation of delivery. If the return is due to no fault of Alaska Wild Country, a 10% restocking fee may apply and original shipping fees will not be refunded. If you have any sort of problem, question, or would like to return an item, please contact us via e-mail. Health and beauty products are not returnable due to health concerns. All returns must be in original condition i.e. factory sealed, brand new, unused, with tags, etc.
